Orbit is a project that embodies the essence of creativity, collaboration, and community between freelance graphic designers. I was inspired to conceptualize a co-working studio space where freelance graphic designers can expand their resources to build their businesses.
At the heart of the Orbit project is the Orbit website, a digital platform that serves as a gateway to the collective's vibrant community and resources. The website is designed to reflect Orbit's commitment to providing a seamless and inspiring space for graphic designers to thrive.
CONCEPTUALIZATION & PROCESS
This project is a result of asking questions about what the needs of the design community are. Through research, I came to the conclusion that freelance designers could benefit from having a physical space to connect and resources to use. A challenge I faced with this project was how do I communicate the ideas & atmosphere of a business without having the space for it. My solution was to present a website that displays the services, story, and atmosphere of Orbit as well as physical elements to embody its spirit.
VISUALS
Accompanying the website are business cards, stickers, notebooks, and more. Each design is crafted to embody the bold, creative, and ambitious spirit of Orbit and to create a cohesive brand experience.
